Exchange of Products

In order to replace a purchased product (within Greece), customers bear the direct shipping costs (4€). Products have to be returned within 7 calendar days after the date of delivery.  No returns will be accepted after 7 days, except for faulty products, according to Greek law.

Please make sure that the products you wish to return are in excellent condition and include the original packaging and the sales invoice/receipt. The products, replacing the returned products, must be of the same or higher cost to the returned products. In case that you choose new products that are of higher cost compared to the returned products, then the outstanding balance can be paid through Cash On Delivery or Bank Account Deposit (before shipping). As soon as we receive the returned products, we will send the new products within 2-5 working days, on the condition that the returned products meet the above-mentioned requirements.

Faulty Products- External Damages-Aesthetic Defects

Customers are obliged to unpack the products upon delivery and determine whether they have any external damages or aesthetic defects and if it be so, customers reserve the right not to accept the shipped products and return them to the distributor or report that the products have aesthetic defects, within (3) calendar days from the day of delivery. After expiry of this period, customers lose any right related to this matter, since any defect on the products is considered to have been caused by the customer misusing it.

Nikitas Gouliarmis LTD is obliged to replace the products with non defective ones shortly. An unconditional acceptance of products means that they were received in excellent order and condition without any aesthetic defects.

This does not apply to in-store purchases and in-store pick-ups, since the products are checked by customers themselves at our store.

Nikitas Gouliarmis LTD pays for costs of return shipping:

Costs of return shipping are paid by Nikitas Gouliarmis LTD in the following cases:

  • In case of incorrect delivery quantities or type of products, compared to those purchased by customers.
  • In case that delivered products have damaged packaging, partially or wholly.
  • In case that a product contains a manufacturing defect (determined by an authorized repairer who provides a warranty, a guarantee that a product works) or in case of lack of qualities of the products, explicitly referred to in a previous written agreement between Nikitas Gouliarmis LTD and the customer.
  • In case of damaged packaging, the customer reserves the right not to accept the products upon delivery and request the replacement of products, upon agreement with Nikitas Gouliarmis LTD.
  • In case that Nikitas Gouliarmis LTD pays for costs of return shipping, products must be unused in their original packaging and returned at the time agreed. Except for force majeure events, in case that there are delays on returns, customers do not have the right to replace products based on the present term. For all cases, returned products to be exchanged must contain all original documents (sales invoice/receipt etc.) and the original packaging (except for faulty products, whose defect was determined after delivery and therefore there is no original packaging or in case that packaging was received by the distributor upon delivery). Returns whose costs are paid by Nikitas Gouliarmis LTD will be undertaken by a courier company.
  • Concerning returns, there will be a repair or replacement or cancelation of the order, if the customer does not approve both repair and replacement, on the condition that products are already received and inspected by Nikitas Gouliarmis LTD. In case of cancelation, customers get a full refund, using the same payment method used to make the initial purchase. More specifically, in case that a purchase was paid by credit card, Nikitas Gouliarmis LTD is obliged to notify the bank, having issued the card, of the cancelation of the transaction and the bank is supposed to implement any of the terms agreed between both parties, namely the bank and the customer, without any liability on behalf of Nikitas Gouliarmis LTD. Nikitas Gouliarmis LTD after having notified the bank of the cancelation has no liability about the time and way of the payment reversal, given that this is implemented according to the above mentioned contract terms between the bank and the customer.
  • Ιn case that returned products are damaged or there are missing part of products, our e-shop reserves the right to claim compensation whose amount will be calculated based on the condition of products. Moreover, our company reserves the right to unilaterally and without the consent of another party to offset –partially or wholly– the compensation claimed.

This term applies to in-store purchases, excluding paragraph 6, which does not apply to in-store purchases.

 

 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE ON SALE.

Refund / Right of Withdrawal

In case that you have purchased products and decided to make a return without replacing them, you can claim a refund within 14 calendar days after the delivery of the products. Please contact us through phone at (+30)2661037711 or through e-mail at info@gouliarmis.com.

In case of return of a purchased product, costs of return shipping shall be borne by customers. Returns have to be completed within 3 calendar days after the day of delivery by a courier company, otherwise returns are not accepted.

Customers are required to use the courier company cooperating with us. The outstanding refund balance will be transferred back to your preferred bank account (excluding shipping and return costs) on the condition that products are in excellent condition and include the original packaging and the sales invoice/receipt. Returns are accepted only when products are in excellent condition, without any damages and missing parts and include the original packaging.

If products do not meet the above-mentioned requirements, they are going to be returned to customers.
