Introduction

We commonly proceed with orders within 1-2 working days, while our company makes a great effort to deliver your ordered products from our headquarters to courier companies. This applies when ordered products are available, all stored at the same warehouse of our company or in case that there are not any force majeure events such as severe weather, government prohibitions concerning traffic, strikes, pandemic-related reasons etc..

Shipping in Greece

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, which will include the shipping number (voucher) of your order.

SPEEDEX

Once your ordered products have been received by SPEEDEX courier company, you can track the shipment online on the website of SPEEDEX http://www.speedex.gr/, typing the shipping number or through phone at 801 11000 11.

Delivery Times

We regularly ship orders within Greece within 2-5 working days (from Monday to Friday) concerning ready for delivery products. For products that are not ready for delivery and have to be ordered from another country, delivery times vary depending on the country and you will be notify of delivery times as soon as they are confirmed by our store.

Shipping Costs

For orders with a cost of 100€ or more, there are no shipping costs within Greece.

Free shipping applies to shipping orders to the shipping address selected when placing an order, on the condition that your shipping address is not considered to be inaccessible based on a list of SPEEDEX company.

In this case you have to pick up your ordered products from the nearest store of SPEEDEX or bear the extra costs of delivery, that shall be paid to SPEEDEX.

Free shipping applies to shipping orders to the shipping address selected when placing an order, excluding any set-up or assembly of products (when required).

For orders with a cost of less than 100€, then:

  • For deliveries through a courier company you will pay shipping costs (4€).

* If your shipping address is considered inaccessible based on a list of SPEEDEX company, you have to pick up your ordered products from the nearest store of SPEEDEX or bear the extra costs of delivery, that shall be paid to SPEEDEX.

 

Cash On Delivery costs 1,80€ (applying to orders with a cost up to 500€).
